At HUANYI, quality control is part of how every threaded valve and pipe fitting order is handled. Product inspection reports are available for supplier review, order acceptance and project documentation, while fugitive-emission testing is conducted in accordance with ISO 15848-1 requirements. With zero leakage as the target under specified test conditions, your order arrives tested, documented and ready to install.
Our Quality Inspection Workflow
Pressure, temperature and corrosive media leave little room for inconsistency in threaded connections. Our quality control checks critical points throughout production rather than relying on final inspection alone.
Incoming Material Control
Incoming stainless steel and casting blanks are released to production only after the specified material grade and casting condition have been accepted.
In-Process Machining Control
Valve and fitting components remain under inspection during machining. Identified deviations are reviewed before the parts continue to threading, assembly or finishing.
Post-Assembly Testing
Machined valves and fittings undergo connection checks, while assembled valves move to functional and sealing verification before final approval.
Outgoing Quality Control
Finished products are checked against the order requirements before packing. Accepted inspection results are recorded, with quality reports available for your review.
