Inside HUANYI Threaded Valve and Fitting Manufacturing
We combine direct factory production with warehouse stock for stainless steel threaded valves and fittings. Our factory produces more than 700,000 sets annually, while warehouse inventory covers commonly ordered threaded valves and stainless steel fittings for faster purchasing. Larger batches and non-standard requirements can move directly into machining as your order requirements change.
Machining Capacity Built for Scale
With 40 instrument lathes and 20 indexing chuck lathes, we have the machining capacity to run different parts and order batches in parallel. Available equipment can be allocated around different order sizes, part types and thread requirements, from smaller runs to larger-volume production.
Manufacturing Precision Begins Before the Final Assembly
Investment Casting
Before a valve body or fitting reaches the machining stage, the casting already determines much of what comes next. Using silica sol lost wax casting, we produce stainless steel castings with fewer internal defects and a smoother surface.
CNC Thread Machining
Thread precision defines connection integrity in fluid systems. Utilizing high-precision CNC machinery and 100% thread gauge verification, we produce clean, uniform threads that engage on-site.
In-House Valve and Fitting Development
For a custom threaded valve or OEM pipe fitting, our work starts with your drawing or sample. Our 5 R&D engineers review the component structure, wall thickness and connection details, then coordinate mold design with the manufacturing team. Any issues affecting casting or machining are discussed with you before tooling begins.
