What is a 3-piece threaded ball valve with ISO mounting pad?
It is a 3-piece body ball valve with female threaded ends and integrated ISO 5211 mounting pad on top. It can be operated by manual lever, or fitted with actuator (pneumatic / electric) directly without extra bracket. Rated 1000 WOG.
What does 1000 WOG mean?
1000 WOG = 1000 PSI working pressure for Water, Oil, Gas, suitable for general industrial piping.
What materials are available?
Standard body & ball: CF8 (304), CF8M (316L). Seat: PTFE / RPTFE; Stem seal: PTFE + FKM O-ring.
What materials can you provide?
- 304 / 316L stainless steel (corrosion-resistant; suitable for water, gases, chemical media, and instrumentation piping).
What are the suitable applications?

Can you provide an MTC (Material Test Certificate)?
Yes. We can provide an MTC compliant with the EN10204 3.1 standard, which includes the heat number. If an EN10204 3.2 third-party certified MTC is required, it can be arranged at the buyer’s request (subject to an additional fee).
What surface treatment options are available?
The standard treatment is a pickled matte finish.
Is laser marking available?
Yes. We can laser-mark the flat surfaces of the valve body with details such as size, material grade, heat number, and the customer’s logo or brand name.
How are the products packed for ocean freight?
For externally threaded ends, plastic thread protectors are applied. The products are packed into export-grade cartons, placed on fumigated wooden pallets, and wrapped in waterproof stretch film to prevent surface scratches or damage to the threads.
What is the lead time for delivery?
Typically, orders can be shipped within 7 to 15 days after receipt of the deposit, depending on the order quantity.
How is quality control managed?
Raw material inspection → CNC machining → thread inspection → hydrostatic testing → visual inspection → final dimensional check before packaging.
Which Incoterms are offered to overseas buyers?
We offer FOB (Free On Board) terms, with shipment originating from a Chinese port. We will provide a commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading for import customs clearance.
