How 2Pc Ball Valve Works
“A gentle turn is all it takes to control fluid flow. Turning the handle causes the valve stem and the ball to rotate in unison.

The manual handle transmits rotational motion to the valve stem.

What is a 2PC ball valve?
2PC ball valve consists of two body pieces screwed together. It’s a threaded floating ball valve, widely used for water, gas, oil, low pressure pipeline on/off control.
Pressure rating?
1000WOG (PN16), working pressure up to 16bar at room temperature.1000WOG（PN16）
Working temperature range?
PTFE seat: 0℃ ~ 120℃. If over 120℃, we can offer other seat material.
What media can it handle?
Water, compressed air, natural gas, oil, weak acid & alkali. Not for strong corrosive medium.
Is it full port or reduced port?
Standard 2PC ball valve is full port, low flow resistance.
Can it be used for steam?
For saturated steam, please advise temperature and pressure. PTFE seat is limited for high temp steam.
Do you do 100% pressure test?
Yes. Every valve will pass air leakage test before packing.
MOQ?
Small MOQ available. Mixed sizes in one order acceptable.
Packing method?
Each valve in plastic bag, then small box, carton outside. Wooden pallet optional.
Can I put my own logo /custom label?
Yes, OEM & ODM available. Logo on handle or body.
Is it bidirectional sealing?
Yes, floating ball design, bidirectional sealing.
Can the valve be installed vertically or horizontally?
Both horizontal and vertical installation are okay. Handle can be adjusted position.
What’s the warranty?
12 months warranty against manufacturing defect. Not cover damage from wrong operation.
How to prevent leakage?
Do not over-tighten thread when installation; avoid impact. Regular inspection for long time service.

What materials can I choose from?
The original bill of materials includes 201, CF8, and CF8M valve body options, as well as a variety of ball and internal component materials. Specific configuration combinations should be confirmed prior to ordering.
Are BSPT, BSPP, and NPT connections available?
Standard stock consists of BSPT; however, the original specifications list BSPT, BSPP, and NPT threads. Please provide the thread standard and nominal size when requesting a quote so that availability can be confirmed.
What are the temperature and pressure limits?
The accompanying general data indicates an operating pressure of 1.6 MPa and an operating temperature range of 0°C to 120°C. Suitability of this product for specific fluids and temperatures must be confirmed separately.
Can this valve be used for throttling?
The accompanying operating instructions recommend against leaving the valve in a partially open position for extended periods, as high-velocity fluid may erode the PTFE seat.
What is the lead time for orders?
We maintain a stock of 5,000 BSPT valves for standard orders; other thread types require customization, with a production capacity of 50,000 units within 15 days.
What is the product quality like? Is there a warranty period?
Every valve undergoes rigorous quality inspection, including testing of the material, threads, seals, and valve body, and is backed by a one-year warranty within the normal operating range of the medium.
